1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or booking through headspatokyo.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept all Terms, please refrain from using the Site or our services.

2. About Us

The Site is operated by SPA Tokyo Co., Ltd. (“The Head Spa Tokyo,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company incorporated in Japan. Business details and statutory disclosures are available on our Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transaction Act) page.

3. Services Offered

We provide head-spa, face-spa, and hair-spa treatments at our salons in Shibuya, Shibuya ANNEX, Daikanyama, and Nakameguro. Service descriptions, durations, and prices (tax included) are listed on the Menu page and may be updated without prior notice.

4. Eligibility and User Obligations

You must be at least 16 years old to book.
You must provide accurate, current information when reserving.
You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Site.

5. Booking & Payment

Reservations are made through our Wix Booking widget.
Payment is due in-store on the day of service by cashless methods: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, transportation IC cards, QUICPay, Apple Pay, iD. Cash is not accepted.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Fees are charged to the card provided at booking. No refunds will be issued after the treatment has been rendered.

7. Health & Safety

If you have medical conditions, pregnancy, scalp disorders, or allergies, inform us before booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if it could pose a health risk.

8. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards are non-refundable, expire 12 months after purchase, and are treated as cash; lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and images on the Site are owned by SPA Tokyo Co., Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Third-Party Tools & Links

The Site integrates third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or accessibility.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding results, suitability, or availability at any specific time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant treatment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SPA Tokyo Co., Ltd. harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the services provided.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last revised” date and will take effect immediately.
