Of course! Our head spa services are open to everyone, including men. We welcome all guests to enjoy our treatments.

Unfortunately, we cannot perform treatments on children 11 years old and under. This is to ensure a relaxing environment for all our guests. We welcome guests aged 12 and over.

Unfortunately, we cannot perform head spa treatments on clients with hair extensions. This is to ensure both the integrity of your extensions and the effectiveness of our treatment.

We are sorry, but we do not have a designated waiting area for guests who are not receiving services.

As we are a specialty head spa salon, we do not offer services such as hair cuts or coloring.

We accept credit card payments at the salon on the day of your service. We do not require advance payment.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancel up to 2 days before your appointment for free. Cancel 1 day prior, and 50% of the service fee applies. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
