Are appointments available for men?
Yes, all guests are welcome. We offer services to everyone.
Can I request a female therapist?
Yes, you can. Please be sure to add a request for a female therapist when making your reservation. For guaranteed availability, we recommend booking at our Shibuya or Shibuya Annex locations, which are staffed exclusively by female therapists.
Do you have private rooms?
Yes, our Shibuya location offers private rooms, and our Shibuya Annex location features private rooms for pairs. Our other salon locations are in a shared space and do not have private rooms.
Can I receive a head spa treatment during pregnancy?
Yes, our head spa treatments are generally safe during pregnancy. However, we always recommend prioritizing your health and consulting with your doctor if you have any concerns.
I have hair extensions. Can I still get a head spa?
Unfortunately, we cannot perform head spa treatments on clients with hair extensions. This is to ensure both the integrity of your extensions and the effectiveness of our treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made up to 2 days before the appointment: No charge.
Cancellations made 1 day before the appointment: 50% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service fee.
What are the payment options?
We accept credit card payments at the salon on the day of your service. We do not require advance payment.
Do I need to change clothes?
No, you don't. Our treatments focus on the head, so there is no need to change. Please come as you are.
Does the price include a blow-dry and styling?
Our standard price includes a simple blow-dry. For full styling, please add the "Styling Option" to your booking from our optional menu.
Do you offer cut and color services?
As we are a specialty head spa salon, we do not offer services such as hair cuts or coloring.
Is there a waiting area for children or companions?
We are sorry, but we do not have a designated waiting area for guests who are not receiving services.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards.
