Unfortunately, we cannot perform head spa treatments on clients with hair extensions. This is to ensure both the integrity of your extensions and the effectiveness of our treatment.

• Cancellations made up to 2 days before the appointment: No charge.

• Cancellations made 1 day before the appointment: 50% of the service fee.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service fee.
